Community questions about the free plugin often get answered on the WordPress.org support forum faster than we can respond, from developers who have solved the same thing already.
Include these to skip a round-trip.
Every one of these lets us resolve most tickets in the first reply instead of asking follow-up questions.
- The site URL where the issue is happening, if it is on a specific Client Site
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Any error message you saw, copied word for word or as a screenshot
- Your WordPress version and PHP version (Tools → Site Health has both)
- Whether it happens on one site or across the whole fleet
